On Saturday 13th February 2021, we carried out the sensitization of persons at Wuse, Abuja on the need to embrace peace and treat fellow persons with respect. The sensitization programme tagged Citizens with Love, started at about 9:30am with our team meeting up with the head of the security operative team on ground at the site of sanitation. We then introduced our-selves and our organisation, it aims and the aim of the sensitisation exercise. Omoneme David and Daniel Agbo who were the head of the security team, gave their view about the on goings in the country stating the need for youths to engage in similar activities to promote peace, love and unity while minimising security challenges.
Our team then proceeded to sensitising people at the area using available materials. Over a 100-persons were directly reached including men, women and youths. 70 fliers where distributed with 28 persons that provided their contact information for continuous reaching.
The sensitisation programme which was rounded up at 12:30pm just after reenergising was made to encourage the public on the importance of peace, unity and love in managing crisis in Nigeria was aimed to at promoting love and respect for diversity between Nigerians.
